We want you to love your purchase! If something’s not quite right, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging condition.

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Final sale items are not eligible for return.

  • Perishable goods, custom products & personal care goods are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We can provide a prepaid return label for your convenience—the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.

  • Alternatively, you're welcome to use your own carrier and ship the return to the address we provide.

Damages/Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

How to Start a Return:

  1. To start a return, email us at support@25prime.com and include your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method, minus shipping fees if applicable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you regarding your refund status. After approval, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind, it may take some time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
